How it folds

Lay the printed sheet face-up. Fold the BACK up along the lower fold line, then bring the FLAP down along the upper fold line to seal.

Tips before you print

The flat print sheet is 10.63 in × 25.51 in — taller than the finished mailer because the FLAP folds down and the BACK folds up.
Extend backgrounds 0.125 in into the red hatched bleed (US-standard 1/8″).

Don't put critical art in the bottom 1.97 in of BACK — the flap covers it.
The white 4 × 6 in box on FRONT is the Acutrack-applied shipping label — keep that area clear of artwork.
BACK is rotated 180° on purpose. Design it the right way up after rotating your art layer 180°.
